Ingredients

1 tablespoon gochugaru
1 tablespoon gochujang
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2.5cm ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 green chilli, finely chopped
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
180g raw king prawns
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
hot rice or lettuce leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Mix the gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, chilli, spring onions and sesame seeds together, and then stir through the prawns. Cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok, then add the prawns. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked through, then serve immediately. Serve with rice or lettuce leaves.
