Quantity Ingredient
6 spring onions, very finely sliced lengthways
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon gochugaru
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Method

  1. Place the sliced spring onions in a bowl of very cold water and leave to sit for 15 minutes. This will help them to crisp up.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochugaru, sugar and sesame seeds together.
  3. Drain the spring onions well and dress just before serving.
