Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250ml dark rum
250ml white or coconut rum
130ml grenadine
250ml pineapple juice
200ml orange juice
100ml lime juice
4-5 drops angostura bitters
orange/pineapple slices, to serve

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large jug, and refrigerate until needed.
  2. Serve over ice with the orange/pineapple slices.
  3. Double the quantities for more guests.
