Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g butter
115g brown sugar
250g marshmallows
1 quantity Stovetop popcorn
or 2 quantities Microwave popcorn

Method

  1. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine the butter and sugar in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved. Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring often, for 5–7 minutes until the marshmallows have melted and the mixture is thin enough to pour.
  2. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat. Spread out onto the prepared baking tray and allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
