75g butter, melted
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 lime, juiced and zested
1 quantity Stovetop popcorn
or 2 quantities Microwave popcorn
salt

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a small heavy-based saucepan over low heat, then add paprika, oregano, cumin, chilli and lime zest. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from the heat and stir in the lime juice.
  2. Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn, season with salt, and toss to coat.
