2 tablespoons oil
2 slices fatty bacon, diced
1 quantity Stovetop popcorn
salt

Method

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crisp. Carefully pour the bacon fat into a large heavy-based saucepan and transfer the bacon to paper towel.
  2. Add the remaining oil to the bacon fat and then cook the popcorn in the oil mixture according to the Stovetop popcorn instructions.
  3. Crumble the crispy bacon pieces over the popcorn, season with salt and toss to coat.
