Method

  1. Make goujons by coating finger-length pieces of fish or chicken in white sesame seeds.
  2. Using 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or fish fillets, dip the pieces in 2 lightly beaten egg whites and then into 155 g white sesame seeds.
  3. Season.
  4. Fry in oil and drain on paper towel.
