Method

  1. Combine 25 g each of malted wheat flakes, crisp spelt flakes, rye flakes, quinoa flakes, rolled oats, barley flakes, brown rice flakes, popped amaranth and goji berries; 50 g each of dried cherries, cranberries, toasted and chopped hazelnuts; 1 tablespoon each chia and hemp seeds, linseeds, sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, wheatgerm and wheat bran. Makes 400 g. Serve 1 portion with 100 ml milk. Keep in an airtight container.
