Method

  1. Simmer 50 g quinoa in 250 ml water for 15 minutes. The water should become absorbed. Add 100 ml milk, 2 tablespoons thick cream, some freshly grated nutmeg, a pinch of ground cinnamon,1 tablespoon chia seeds and 2 teaspoons sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes until you have a thick soupy mixture. Top with the segments of ½ ruby grapefruit and some pumpkin seeds.
