Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 litre apple juice
120ml vodka
15ml apple schnapps
200g caster sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon powdered gelatine
apple slices, for garnish

Method

  1. Place the juice, vodka, schnapps and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat.
  2. Add the gelatine and stir until dissolved. Cool to room temperature, then divide among 12 x 100 ml capacity jelly moulds. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until set.
  3. Garnish with apple slices to serve.
