This month, we're putting the spotlight on Emiko Davies. With an Australian father, a Japanese mother, an adolescence spent in China and a University degree from the United States, Emiko, has spent most of her life living abroad, soaking up other cultures, languages and food. But for almost ten years now, Italy is the place she has called home. Emiko is the author of books such as Acquacotta and Florentine
