Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g young coconut meat without the water
35g shelled, unroasted macadamia nuts, soaked in cold water for 4 hours then drained
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon, Juiced
pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon probiotic powder or the contents of a probiotic capsule

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, or with a stick blender, until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
