Ingredients

150g white chocolate chips, tempered
150g pink chocolate melts, tempered

Toppings

2 tablespoons black and white sesame seeds, toasted
3 oreo cookies, crushed
50g Honeycomb, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sugar sprinkles

Method

  1. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper and draw circles of about 4 cm in diameter all over the paper. Place a spoonful of chocolate within the circles, making them into discs, then place a lollipop stick firmly into the chocolate discs. Alternatively, if you have a lollipop mould, fill them up and insert the lollipop sticks.
  2. Sprinkle with different toppings and leave to set in a cool dry place for at least 1 hour. Store in a cool dry place for up to a week.

Note:

  • You can buy the coloured and flavoured chocolates from specialist sugarcraft shops or from supermarkets.
