Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 slice rye bread
10g salted butter
100g sliced roast pork
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
leftover crackling

For the apple salad

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons finely diced apple
2 teaspoons finely chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Butter the rye bread and place the pork on top. Mix the apple salad ingredients together, with salt and pepper to taste, and place on top of the pork. Add the crisp crackling, if you have some, and the thyme, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
