Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Poached rhubarb with white wine, orange and cinnamon
Rhubarb compote with granola, blueberries, yogurt and honey, granola only

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Fill an ovenproof dish with poached rhubarb with white wine, orange and cinnamon. Cover with a thin layer of fgranola. Bake for 15 minutes, or until hot right through. Serve with custard. Of course.
