Method

  1. Start this Spanish classic by making a simple tomato sauce: finely chop 1 onion, 1 garlic clove and 1 celery stick and fry in light olive oil until soft. Add a 400 g can of tomatoes and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Season and simmer for 10 minutes, then serve over fried new potatoes with paprika.
