Blanched asparagus with butter and lemon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Chop leftover blanched asparagus with butter and lemon into rough lengths and mix into a little ricotta. Place between two pre-cooked lasagne sheets, grate parmesan over the top and put in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
