Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g rolled oats
90g slivered almonds, toasted
150g sultanas
150g raisins
150g dried apricots, chopped
60g bran
80g sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
