Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small wholemeal pita bread, (about 12 centimetres in diameter)
2 tablespoons tomato passata
1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 button mushroom, sliced
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup reduced-fat mozzarella, grated
2 tablespoons parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C. Spread the tomato passata over the pita bread and top with the capsicum, mushroom, tomato, cheeses and oregano.
  2. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until crisp and golden.
