Smoked salmon with herb cream cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
1 teaspoon dill, chopped
1 teaspoon flat-leaf parsley, chopped
lemon, squeezed
1 slice rye bread
50g smoked salmon

Method

  1. Mix togther the cream cheese, dill, parsley and lemon. Lightly toast the bread. To assemble, spread the cream cheese mixture on the toast, top with the salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
