Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g strawberries, hulled
80g pitted fresh dates
100g double cream
a few drops rosewater, or to taste

Method

  1. Blitz the strawberries and dates in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients and blitz until combined. Pour into ice pop moulds and freeze for 5–8 hours, or until frozen. Run the moulds briefly under warm water to release.
