Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
60ml coconut cream

Method

  1. Chop the bananas, transfer to the bowl of a food processor and blitz until broken up. Add the cocoa and coconut cream, and blitz until creamy. Serve immediately. Alternatively, transfer to the freezer for longer, if needed, but blitz again until creamy before serving.
