Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
sea salt flakes
freshly ground black pepper
60ml vegetable oil
2 tablespoons mild extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously until combined. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
