Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons hazelnut oil
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper
300g assorted tomatoes, diced
60g baby spinach leaves
Thyme muesli

Method

  1. Combine the vinegar, oils and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the tomatoes and spinach in a dish. Pour over enough dressing to coat the ingredients. Sprinkle with thyme muesli and serve immediately.
