Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 quantities Simple vinaigrette
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon chilli powder, or as desired
orange, Finely zested chopped
200g assorted kale, central rib removed, finely chopped
60g hulled hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

Method

  1. Mix the vinaigrette with the honey, chilli powder and orange zest. Pour into a salad bowl. Add the kale and toss to coat. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with hazelnuts before serving.
