Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g carrots, cut into julienne strips
4 tablespoons toasted pistachios
60g raisins
40g coriander, roughly chopped
1 quantity Middle eastern
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Put the carrots, pistachios, raisins and coriander into a salad bowl, then pour over enough dressing to coat them. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to mingle.
