Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 quantities Simple vinaigrette
1 handful assorted baby salad leaves, such as rocket, mizuna, dandelion, sorrel, watercress, or young shoots, mixed with a few herbs
4 handfuls lettuce leaves
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Pour half the vinaigrette into a big salad bowl, then add the salad leaves and herbs. Toss gently to coat with dressing. Add salt, pepper and more dressing to taste. Serve immediately.
