Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
90ml extra-virgin olive oil
45ml balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
4 handfuls salad leaves, such as rocket, mizuna or young shoots
6 figs, halved
8 slices coppa ham
1 large ball burrata
or 2 small balls burrata
3 tablespoons pistachios, crushed

Method

  1. Combine the oil, vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Place the salad leaves in a dish and arrange the figs and coppa ham on top. Add the burrata to the dish, either as a ball, or halved. Add dressing to taste and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve immediately.
