Ingredients

100g greek yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1/2 lemon, finely chopped zested, more as desired
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a screw-top jar and shake vigorously until blended well.

Variations:

  • add snipped coriander (cilantro) or replace the paprika and cumin with chopped herbs such as chives, flat-leaf parsley, mint, chervil, oregano or thyme.
