50g finely grated parmesan

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Place heaped tablespoons of parmesan on the tray and flatten with the back of a spoon. Put in the oven for 3 minutes or until the tuiles turn pale yellow. Leave them to rest on the tray for a few minutes then slide onto a wire rack to crisp up. Break into pieces and sprinkle onto the finished salad.
