Quantity Ingredient
1 quantity Simple vinaigrette
3 anchovy fillets in oil, drained and finely chopped
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Method

  1. Put the vinaigrette and anchovies into a screw-top jar and shake vigorously until the anchovies come apart. Add the egg yolk and Parmesan and shake until you have a smooth mixture.
