Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g butter, at room temperature
4 sardines, scaled, deboned and rinsed of salt

Method

  1. Place butter and sardines in a food processor and blend. Or, place in a bowl and work in the fillets and butter until a paste is achieved.
