Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500 g portion juicy watermelon
200g bulgarian feta

Method

  1. Carefully remove the thick green skin and white rind from the melon.
  2. Cut the watermelon flesh into bite-sized pieces, and also cut the feta into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the watermelon and feta on a large serving platter.
  3. Take a bite of your watermelon, a chunk of your feta and a sip of raki. The world is a beautiful place!
