Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 sheep’s testicles
1/2 cup plain flour
sea salt
2 eggs, beaten
250ml olive oil

Method

  1. Cut the testicles in half. Put the flour in a bowl and season with sea salt. Put the beaten eggs in another bowl. Dip the testicles into the flour and then into the beaten eggs.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a heavy-based frying pan, then fry the testicles over high heat until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes on each side. Serve hot.

Note

  • You can also barbecue the testicles for 3–4 minutes on each side.
