Rubs & Seasonings

If you have any spare, small jars handy, it’s good to make a few of these in advance if you plan to do a few different smokes. Some may stick together when stored over time due to the sugar, so just loosen them with a fork, or rub together with your hands. As with all spices, keep the rubs and seasonings in a cool, dark place until you need them, where they will keep for a month.
