Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices multigrain bread
100g fresh goat’s cheese
100g red and yellow peppers, cut into strips
2 sprigs dill
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon pine kernels
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Spread the slices of bread with the goat’s cheese. Top with the strips of pepper. Snip the dill and sprinkle on top along with the capers and pine kernels. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
