Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 dozen cooked prawns
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small bunch parsley, chopped
4 slices wholemeal bread
8 tablespoons tzatziki
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Shell the prawns. Chop the garlic. Sauté the prawns in the olive oil for 5 minutes with the garlic and add the chopped parsley at the end. Spread the slices of bread with the tzatziki and top with the sautéed prawns. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
