Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g broad beans, cooked
1 knob butter
1 dozen chives
salt
pepper
4 slices artisan country bread, toasted
4 tablespoons see method for ingredients

Method

  1. Sauté the broad beans in a frying pan with the knob of butter over a low heat for 5 minutes. Snip the chives and add to the broad beans. Season with salt and pepper. Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of tuna pâté and top with the broad beans, then season with more salt and pepper before serving.
