Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tin tuna in brine
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 small garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 small bunch chives, snipped
salt
pepper
6 slices toast
18 marinated sun-dried tomatoes

Method

  1. Blend the tuna with the olive oil, garlic cloves, half of the chives, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Spread the slices of toast with the mixture. Top each slice with three sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkle the remaining chives over the toasts before serving.
