Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 garlic clove
1 small piece ginger
200g crab meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 sprig thai basil
4 tablespoons baba ganoush
4 slices wholemeal bread
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger. Sauté the crab meat in the olive oil with the chopped garlic and ginger for 5 minutes. Snip the Thai basil. Spread the slices of bread with baba ganoush, top with the sautéed crab and sprinkle with the snipped basil. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
