Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 salmon steak
1 handful pine kernels
100g soft cheese
4 slices toast
2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Steam the salmon for 10 minutes. In the meantime, toast the pine kernels in a frying pan over a low heat for 5 minutes. Crumble the salmon and mix with the soft cheese, then spread each slice of bread with the mixture. Snip the spinach. Put it on the bread, and top with the toasted pine kernels. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
