Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g soft cheese
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 salmon fillet, skin removed
1/2 cucumber
4 slices wholemeal bread
3 sprigs coriander
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
pepper

Method

  1. Mix the soft cheese with the soy sauce. Cut the salmon fillet into thin slices (sashimi). Thinly slice the cucumber. Spread the slices of bread with the soft cheese mixture. Top with the cucumber and salmon slices. Destalk the coriander leaves and sprinkle on top. Scatter with sesame seeds and season with pepper before serving.
