Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons mascarpone
1 small orange, juiced and zested
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices artisan country bread
8 slices haddock
4 sprigs chervil
pepper

Method

  1. Combine the mascarpone with the orange and lemon juice and the olive oil. Spread the slices of bread with the mixture. Top with the haddock slices, and add the orange zest, chervil leaves and some pepper before serving.
