Quantity Ingredient
3 cups cucumber, shredded into short julienne strips
2 fresh chillies
1-2 teaspoons sugar
1 tomato, sliced into small wedges
1/2 lime, juiced
fish sauce, to taste
country fish paste water, to taste

Method

  1. Proceed as in the recipe for Tam mak houng above but judge for yourself the right balance of fish sauce and country fish paste water.
