Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 medium-sized red and green chillies
2.5 x 2.5cm slice shrimp paste, roasted in foil and then crumbled, or more if desired
pinch sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice

Method

  1. In a mortar or a food processor attachment mash everything to a paste. Moisten with lime juice. Place on a small serving dish with a spoon to serve and put on the table with rice and recommended dishes.
