This is great as a dip with grilled seafood.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 red bird’s eye chillies, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon sea salt
lime juice, squeezed

Method

  1. Using a mortar and pestle, coarsely grind the chilli and salt together, then stir in the lime juice. Set aside until needed.
