A Latin spice rub ideal for grilled meats. With the addition of rosemary it is especially good with lamb. This is great to make in advance as it stores well.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50g finely chopped rosemary
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground fennel
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon sea salt
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
