Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g cashews, soaked
80ml coconut cream
2 teaspoons rice malt syrup
pinch himalayan pink salt
1 vanilla bean, split lengthways and seeds scraped

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until very smooth.
  2. Place the mixture in a container until needed.
