Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small pear
1 lemon, juiced

Method

  1. Cut the pear into slices approximately 5 mm thick using a mandolin or a knife.
  2. Coat the sliced pear with a little lemon juice to stop the fruit from oxidising, then place on a dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 40°C overnight (or at least 8 hours).
