Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
120g banana
60g maple syrup
1 vanilla bean, split lengthways and seeds scraped
pinch himalayan pink salt
65g desiccated coconut
65g nut flour
40g flax meal

Method

  1. Blitz the banana, maple syrup, vanilla seeds and salt together in a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and fold the coconut, nut flour and flax (linseed) meal through.
  3. Divide the dough into portions as needed and refrigerate until required.
